Roland Ngole is a German trilingual International Speaker and author.Heis a holder of a bachelor´s degree in international business administration and a master’s degree in supply chain management. He won the international speaker slam competition twice against 79 participants and was awarded the winners awards. Roland Ngole has spoken at diverse events in Germany and abroad. He inspires and impacts his audience in an unparallel manner.He had the privilege to work in 7 multinational companies before transitioning into speaking. The international speaker currently lectures at the Mainz University of applied science in Germany. We met withthe go-to expert for an exclusive interview to get some insights for our readers.

I am doing great thank you. I hope you too.
I am doing fine. What advice will you give to someone who desires to succeed in life? Where should they start.
They should start by discovering their purpose and crafting a vision of what they want to achieve in life. Everybody defines success differently, thus when a person has a clear purpose and vision, they will gain a better picture of what success means for them. That’s the place to start if you want to succeed in life and make an impact. Moreover, they should develop a vertical relationship with their creator (GOD). The creator is the one who knows better the capabilities and abilities of a product. Developing a relationship with GOD will help them understand their talentsand ability. Furthermore, it will help them to build up their faith which necessary for the achievement of their vision in life.
Lastly, they should Seekmentors who have already achieved the vision they are striving to accomplish.They should Learn from them and continuously work on improving their mind so that it becomes aligned with the vision that they are striving to accomplish in life.
Do you have a personal quote, you would like to share with our audience?
One of my personal quotes is “I have seen my future and I have decided to live there. Don’t settle for a life lower than that, which your imagination has conceived”.
What life changing decisions have you ever made in your life?
When I started to study in Germany after successfully attending my German language course. I made the mistake of choosing a wrong course of study “Nursing management”. When I realized that the course of study was not in alignment with the vision I had for my career. I changed the course of study and started studying international business administration. That’s decision helped me to later gain experience in 7 multi-national companies.It takes course to admit that you are on the wrong path in life and to make the necessary course correction.
How did you discover your speaking gift? Did you know from the onset that you are a talented speaker?
From childhood I was someone who spoke a lot, but I never knew that I had the talent to speak infront of an audience. There are two defining moments, that gave me the awareness of my speaking gift.
When I was in the fourth semester studying, international business administration at the Fulda University of applied sciences. One day the professor of a course (international logistics) which I was attending, requested that a student should volunteer to make a presentation on a given logistic topic in the next class. He promised the student will receive 5 bonus marks for his final grade. I was the first student toraisemy hand up to do the voluntary presentation. By the way, I volunteered only because, I wanted to get the 5 bonus marks. The following day I gave the presentation in class infront of my course mates and the professor complimented me by saying….” He could hand over the entire lecturefor me to continue it, because my presentation was so engaging and insightful”.
Moreover, When I was in the sixth semester studying international business administration at the same university. Another professor of a course I attended (leadership and motivation competence) requested that a student should volunteer togive a spontaneous presentation on the spot. He promised the student will receive 3 bonus marks for his final grade. My hand went up go up again. I went infront of the class and the professor selected a randomPowerPoint presentation from his data base and I was to spontaneously present the topic on the slides he selected. I went on and presentation and the entire class was motivated and inspired. Some of the students in classjointly gave the closing remarks …. “Roland you should become a moderation or a speaker”. Those were the two instances which mademe understand that I have a gift to inspire and impact an audience. Whenever, I stand infront of an audience to speak…. I feel a deep passion in me.
Which opportunity did you cease that made a great impact on your international speaking career?
It was on the 4th of January 2019; I was sitting in the living room. I heard a small voice “Holy Spirit” tell me google motivational speaking competition in Europe. So, I took my laptop and google motivational speaking competition in Europe. I checked a few of the links that came out in the search results. Suddenly, I came across a link which was an Eventbrite link advertising a speaking competition in London. I had never been to London before. As I was contemplating about whether I should register for the event or not. The small voice (Holy spirit) whispered to me…”If you are serious about becoming an international speaker, then this competition is the way to go”. I asked my wife what she taught about the idea. She confirmed by saying “go for it”. Thus,I obeyed that voice. I paid for the competition, booked a flight and a hotel ticket to London. The competition was due on in March 2019. I flew to London took part at the competition and because I was among the best 5 speakers at the competition. I got an invitation to speak at a conference in Londoninfront of over a thousand people. That is how my international speaking career was launched.
Which movie would you recommend to anyone striving to succeed in life?
The men who build American is a movie, I recommend anyone who wishes to succeed in life to watch. The movie illustrates the story of the business titans who build America namely: Andrew Carnegie, John.D. Rockefeller, Jean Pierpont Morgan, Cornelius Vanderblitz, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, and Nicola Tesla. The movie is full of life lessons and insights that will insight and boast the vision of anyone aspiring for success in life.
What are the upcoming projects that you are working upon?
One of them is the achieve the Vision Show. Which will be a trilingual show where I interview exceptional personalities from all over the world, who have achieved their vision. That will be a way of sharing valuable wisdom and insight with people globally who are striving to achieve their own vision and make an impact in the world. The episodes of the Achieve The Vision show would be available in English, French and German language.
